GENERAL
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

To make a booking, please contact us via our website, Whatsapp or Instagram with your event date, location and a brief overview of your requirements. Availability will be confirmed before securing your booking.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed by the agreed date to avoid delays.

The remaining balance is due either prior to the event or on the day of the event, as agreed at the time of booking.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any additional payments made may be transferable to a future date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, all payments made will be refunded in full or transferred to a future date where possible.
