  • Yes. All of our designs are fully bespoke and tailored to your event, theme and venue.

  • We are based in North East London and cover London and surrounding areas. Travel outside this area may be subject to an additional fee.

GENERAL

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • To make a booking, please contact us via our website, Whatsapp or Instagram with your event date, location and a brief overview of your requirements. Availability will be confirmed before securing your booking.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed by the agreed date to avoid delays.

  • The remaining balance is due either prior to the event or on the day of the event, as agreed at the time of booking.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any additional payments made may be transferable to a future date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, all payments made will be refunded in full or transferred to a future date where possible.
